shipping & returns

domestic shipments:
Depending on location, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Orders will be shipped via Canpar within Canada unless other arrangements are made. Orders will be shipped via UPS within the United States.
Shipping costs will be calculated once the order is ready to ship. Please note the freight is an estimate until invoiced.

returns:
If any items purchased from Vyn fail to meet your expectations, please contact our customer service department to make arrangements to return the items for a full refund. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returns requested after 7 days, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
