1.1 Claims: All claims related to any issue with the product(s) purchased must be made within 7 business
days of receipt of goods. After this period, returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We strongly
recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival.

2.1 Handmade Products: Please note that the majority of our products are handmade using natural
materials. As a result, there may be slight variations in colour and appearance from what is shown on our
website. These variations are not considered defects but rather a unique characteristic of handmade
items.
